Ultrasound

Ashley Women’s Center maintains a staff of registered ultrasound technologists who assist the healthcare providers in the diagnosis and treatment of various obstetrical and gynecological problems. Our office is accredited by the American Institute for Ultrasound Medicine (AIUM) which requires quality standards and ongoing education in the area of ultrasound medicine. Ultrasound technology is useful not only for monitoring the status and progress of fetal development, but also in identifying cysts, masses, or other abnormalities. We also have 3D and 4D image capability with our instruments.
