Be prepared to state your problem, name, birthdate and telephone number where you can be reached. If you are pregnant, please report your due date. Have a pencil and paper nearby for instructions.
An on-call healthcare provider will be reached immediately by the operator answering after-hour calls. If the healthcare provider has not returned your call in 30 minutes, please redial the number and report this to the operator. Please note that after-hours call services are for emergent or acute problems only. Do not call for prescription refills or minor problems only.
